Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the 90 Day Healing Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in the Program provided by Drew Daniels Coaching LLC. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in the Program.

1. Eligibility

-You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program.
-By enrolling, you confirm that you have provided accurate and truthful information.

2. Program Description

The Program is designed to provide support and resources for trauma healing. While we aim to create a safe and supportive environment, participation in the Program is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

3. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

- Act respectfully towards other participants and facilitators.
- Refrain from sharing sensitive or personal information of others without their explicit consent.
- Follow all guidelines and instructions provided as part of the Program.
- Notify us immediately if you experience any issues or concerns during the Program.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees: Program fees must be paid in full in accordance with the signed shared agreement.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Cancellations made within 30 days of enrollment to the Program start date will receive a full refund.
All payment transactions are processed securely.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any personal information you share during the Program. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Legal Rules of Disclosure

As part of the coaching relationship, we adhere to the following legal rules of disclosure:

**Harm to Self or Others:** If you disclose an intent to harm yourself or others, we are legally required to report this to the appropriate authorities to ensure safety.

**Minors:** If you disclose information about abuse or neglect involving a minor, we are legally obligated to report this to child protective services or law enforcement.

**Court of Law:** Information shared in coaching sessions is generally confidential. However, we may be required to disclose information if mandated by a court order or other legal process.

**Professional Conduct:** We maintain confidentiality except in cases where disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results from participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. Specifically, we are not responsible for:

- Any personal decisions or actions you take as a result of your participation in the Program.
- Any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes experienced during or after the Program.
- Technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may affect your access to Program materials or sessions.
- Misuse or unauthorized sharing of Program materials by other participants.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, emergencies, or third-party service failures.

Participation in the Program is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any risks or consequences associated with your engagement.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to written content, videos, and exercises, are the intellectual property of [Your Organization Name]. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Termination
